Prior to opening his consulting practice, Greg Fishman spent 25+ years helping some of the best known companies with their mission-critical initiatives. Most recently he was Global CFO of a Global Tech company, where he led a major financial transformation leading to hundreds of millions of dollars of value creation.  Prior to that Greg spent seven years as a regional Business Leader at Deloitte, the largest professional services consultancy in the world, where he advised a wide range of companies on strategies to increase their financial performance and raise capital. Greg also served as a Managing Director of a Top Tier regional investment bank, where he had a front row seat to capital markets and how companies were valued. And prior to that he spent ten years as a corporate attorney in Silicon Valley, where he helped dozens of dot-com companies with their compliance, fundraisings and public listings.
